Shipping Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed

In the event Therabis doesn't work for your dog, or your dog doesn't like the taste, we will issue a partial refund for unused daily use sachets.  Please be aware, we will only take unopened, untampered product with proof of purchase within 30 days for refund or exchange. Because of this, we are unable to process refund/exchange on unused treat supplements. Our guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Returning or Exchanging Items

You can return purchases by mail by sending an email to info@therabis.com  Include your name, address, order number and reason for return.

You must have a proof of purchase for all returns.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Turnaround

We always do our best to process your order within two business days, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.  Orders placed during non-business hours will also be fulfilled within two business days, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
